Get Your Registration Fees and Mileage Reimbursed! If you work for a small water system serving 3,300 or less... the State of California is offering a program to reimburse you for your workshop and training fees as well as the cost of any books or materials. You can also be reimbursed for your mileage to and from the specific event. In order to participate in the Small Water System Operators Expense Reimbursement Grant you must be currently employed with a small water system that serves less than 3,300. The water system must be designated as a community or non-transient/non-community system. Take advantage of this program by contacting the CPS Human Resource Services (CPS) at 866-867-3594 or visit their website at www.cps.ca.gov/tlc/sws/.
