Exhibit Booth Registration
Exhibitor registration is a two step process.
Step 1: Reserve Your Booth
Click on the following link to reserve your booth – Exhibit Hall Floor Plan
Create your own log in to reserve your booth. The more information you provide, the easier it is for potential clients to contact you.
Step 2: Submit Payment
Please complete the Exhibitor Registration Form
and email it to Shobhan Chickarmane, Accounting/Registration Specialist
or fax it to 909-291-2107 within 30 days of your reserving your booth (Step 1). If payment is not received within 30 days, your reservation will be canceled. If you have any questions, please contact Linda Contreras, Director of Marketing & Events at 909-291-2116 or Accounting at 909-291-2117.
Booth Package Includes:
1 10x10 Booth, 1 6ft Table, 2 Chairs, 1 Wastebasket, 2 Complimentary Booth Worker Passes (includes access to technical sessions), Pre and Post Attendee Lists, 2 Wednesday luncheon tickets and drink tickets, and Free Exhibit Hall Passes for your clients.

Hotel Fraud Alert
A fraudulent housing company is approaching California-Nevada Section members and exhibitors with sham offerings of hotel rooms at significant discounts. Lured by highly attractive rates, some exhibitors and attendees may fall prey to these impostors losing significant deposits, discovering hidden costs, up front charges or being bait and switched to hotel rooms they never booked. Of course, these companies are in no way affiliated with CA-NV AWWA or the Atlantis Resort in Reno, NV.
Booking through the Atlantis Resort’s official site is the best way to ensure that your reservation is authentic, your credit card information is secure, and that you will benefit from all services provided to conference attendees.

Exhibit Decorator Kit
After payment has been posted to the account, exhibitors will receive an email approximately two months prior to the event with Show Information including how to order electrical, chairs, etc. for your booth.

Exhibitor Booth Registrations include (2) complimentary booth personnel. Additional booth personnel will be required to purchase exhibit personnel registration with a maximum of 4 booth personnel. This type of registration allows access to the exhibit hall and all technical sessions. Exhibit personnel rate is $120 for Members and $135 for non-members from now until the end of conference. We welcome additional personnel at regular attendee rates.
