Leadership Development Committee
This committee is responsible to: (1) foster the development of leadership qualities within members of the water industry in all areas and roles; (2) encourage networking between highly experienced water industry professionals and members of the Young Professionals group; (3) provide education and support for diversity programs; (4) recommend specific programs for conferences that will help individuals build upon their leadership skills, facilitate networking with industry leaders, and promote diversity; (5) maintain close cooperation with Education Director and Young Professionals Committee Chair to assure coordination of efforts. Members are expected to participate in confernce track development and also develop special projects throughout the year aligned with reaching leadership development goals. This committee reports to the Business Administration Division.
