Research Committee

The Research Committee of the California-Nevada Section of the American Water Works Association is dedicated to advancing knowledge and understanding in the realm of water quality. Our mission is three-fold: to foster groundbreaking research that addresses pressing issues related to water quality, such as emerging contaminants, drought, wildfires, and more; to promote community awareness and comprehension of research findings critical to the protection and enhancement of our water resources; and to recognize notable achievements of young professional scientists through the annual Academic Achievement Award.
