Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at our upcoming Spring Conference. This Spring the Section will host a four day technical conference for water professionals. The conference is designed for the stewards of water and provides an opportunity to enhance technical skills, engage in hot topics and network with others from the water community. Spring Conference attracts over 1,000 water professionals from California, Nevada and beyond. Attendees include utility managers, engineers, water operators, utility personnel, scientists and additional professionals representing a variety of careers in the water industry. Competitions are also held inside the exhibit hall and winners are able to represent the Section at ACE 2019 in Denver, Colorado.

Exhibit Booth Registration

Exhibitor registration is a two step process.

Step 1: Reserve Your Booth
Create your own log-in to reserve your booth. The more information you provide, the easier it is for potential clients to contact you. Please upload your company logo (180 x120 px; JPG or PNG) so that it is displayed in the mobile app.

Step 2: Submit Payment
Please complete the Exhibitor Registration Form and email it to Shobhana Chickarmane, Accounting/Registration Specialist or fax it to 909.291.2107 within 30 days of making your booth reservation (step 1). If payment is not received within 30 days, your reservation will be canceled. Exhibit Personnel

Exhibitor Booth Registrations include (2) complimentary booth personnel. Additional booth personnel will be required to purchase an exhibit personnel registration. There is a maximum of 4 booth personnel per company booth. This type of registration allows access to the exhibit hall and all technical sessions. The exhibit personnel rate is $125 for members and $135 for non-members from now until the end of conference. We welcome additional personnel at regular attendee rates.

Exhibit Decorator Kit

After payment has been posted to the account, exhibitors will receive an email approximately two months prior to the event with show information including how to order electrical, chairs, etc. for your booth.
