When will I know if my abstract was accepted?
Speakers will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org in late January with the time and day of their approved presentation.
My colleague received an email their presentation was accepted, but I have not received anything.

I have a schedule conflict and can't present at the time I was scheduled.
Please contact your committee chair for any schedule changes. They will make sure to let the Section know about the changes. Your committee chair contact information will be in the acceptance email.
I have a co-speaker and they are not listed on the program.

with your name, session, presentation title/day/time and who your co-speakers are. We will need the co-speaker's name, company, email address and short biography.
I forgot to submit my biography when I filled out the call for abstracts form.

no later than March 18, 2019. You may also include a photo (120x120 px; JPG or PNG). This information will only be available on the mobile app.
