Morgan, PE, has over 35 years experience with water distribution systems.  He has designed, managed the construction/operation/maintenance of these vital system components with a number of agencies across the country.  He has developed and implemented training for operators for certification examinations as well as critical operation and maintenance programs.

All fees are non-refundable thereafter. Transfers are based on availability. No transfer requests will be authorized if they are not received more than 15 days prior to class start date. A 100% refund or credit of your registration fee will be issued if a class is canceled by the Section.
