Registering for a Webinar is a 3-Step process.
Please complete steps 1&2 together.
- Once you have completed the ‘Payment-registration’ here, an ‘Automated-email’ will be sent to the email you have just payment-registered with.
Find the automated email titled “Your Webinar Registration is Almost Complete". You must register for ‘webinar-access’ next.
- CONTINUE to part-2 registration process by clicking the link for ‘webinar-access' registration in the email. Fill in your full first and last name, and company.
- A final ' automated-email ' from
mvandommelen@ca-nv-awwa.org provides the final ZOOM LINK to join the webinar on the morning of class. Save the email or add the event to your calendar for the morning of.
Be sure to have the zoom link before the morning of class.

Zoom Participant window:
Your name in the Zoom webinar is how we track your time for contact hours. You must write your full name, ie: "Joshua Roberts" in the Zoom 'Participants' window. Right click to Rename your log in name if the Participants window says a company name, a phone number or your family member’s name. We need your full name in order to provide contact hours.
Refunds are not permitted within 14-Business Days of the class.
Submit a transfer or refund form if needed before 14-business days of class.

Workshop Description:
Objective:
This workshop is intended for participants registered for the State Water Resource Control Board (SWRCB) Grades D3 or D4 Water Distribution Operator (WDO) Examinations. The workshop provides a review of water mathematics terms and definitions, applications of area and volume formulas, units and conversion factors, calculation of water pressure, dosages, feed and flow rates, pump efficiency, brake-horsepower, and the cost of water production as well as other related topics listed in the Expected Range of Knowledge published by SWRCB.
