This is a non-smoking facility.  Please be aware that the nearest local fast food restaurants are a 10-15 minute drive from this location.  There is a neighborhood market a mile away but you may want to consider bringing your lunch.  This site offers a refrigerator for you to use.

Henry Palechek has been working in the water utility field since 1986.  He started at the City of San Diego and later moved to Helix Water District.  Helix has a 106 MGD water treatment plant with ozone as its primary disinfectant, a 50 square mile water distribution system, serving about 500,000 connections which includes delivering water to three other districts.  Henry has been teaching community college classes in water technology since 1993.  He holds a BS degree in Information Systems and four AS degrees in Water Treatment, Water Distribution, Electronic Technology and Computer Science.  He currently holds a California T5 and D3 certification and an AWWA CA/NV AWTO 5.

All fees are non-refundable thereafter. Transfers are based on availability. No transfer requests will be authorized if they are not received more than 15 days prior to class start date. A 100% refund or credit of your registration fee will be issued if a class is canceled by the Section.
