Customer Service Workshop

***Only Day 2 is eligible for contact hours (earn up to 8). Day 1: Will concentrate on the problem-solving & decision-making skills required for evaluating & effectively resolving customer service complaints, both real & perceived. Day 2: Develop your skills as a member of a high-performance work team. This will emphasize your understanding of your role as a member of the larger community of water industry professionals who are serving the public by working for water utilities responsible for a safe & adequate water supply. As a result, the basic ideas of teamwork are taught with water fundamentals & water conservation as part of the background required for understanding water utility rules, regulations, policies, basic terminology & operations.

Refund Policy

Due to our commitment to instructors, other students and materials, the following refund policy applies:
Requests for refunds must be made in writing and are subject to the following conditions: Full refund of fee paid (minus $50.00 handling fee) will be issued for cancellations received more than 15 days prior to class start date.  All fees are non-refundable thereafter.

A 100% refund or credit of your registration fee will be issued if a class is cancelled by the Section.

Transfer Policy

Requests for transfers must be made in writing and are subject to the following conditions: Transfers are based on availability.  No transfer requests will be authorized if they are not received more than 15 days prior to class start date.
