Writing With Purpose Workshop - WS

Description:
Every level of water professional spends many hours each week writing: emails, reports, proposals, justifications, and who knows what else. Few of those individuals are trained writers, yet efficiency, professionalism, and clear communication are qualities that cannot be compromised. This one-day workshop will help every water professional write in a more mindful manner and will provide helpful tools to help with planning, collaboration, drafting, revising, and finalizing documents.

The Instructor: Dr. Kenneth Mirvis of The Writing Company has taught business writing skills to professionals for 30 years … and to water professionals for more than 25 years.

This workshop is 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.

  • Requests for refunds must be made in writing and are subject to the following conditions: Full refund of fee paid (minus $50.00 handling fee) will be issued for cancellations received more than 15 days prior to class start date.  All fees are non-refundable thereafter.
  • Requests for transfers must be made in writing and are subject to the following conditions: Transfers are based on availability. No transfer requests will be authorized if they are not received more than 15 days prior to class start date.
  • A 100% refund or credit of your registration fee will be issued if a class is cancelled by the Section.
