Legislative Committee

To identify important legislative issues in Congress and the California and Nevada Legislatures that are of interest to the Section and its membership. The Legislative Committee (“Committee”) reviews and discusses these issues and makes recommendations to the Water Utility Council (WUC) about positions that will directly benefit the Section and its members and contribute to the WUC’s objectives and efforts.
