Engineering & Construction Committee

The mission of the CA-NV AWWA Engineering and Construction Committee is to: • Advance and disseminate knowledge of practices, equipment and materials related to the design, engineering, construction management, and construction of water utility facilities. • Provide information about different project delivery methods and their applications. • Promote the use of technology and innovative practices to help drive data driven decisions and improved engineering and construction techniques. • Advocate sustainable and resilient engineering and construction practices in the water industry. • Establish and maintain communications with appropriate technical and professional associations for the purpose of exchanging knowledge and information regarding water utility project engineering and construction issues. • Support practices in engineering and construction that promote worker equity, diversity, and inclusion.
